Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
Macatawa Bank Corporation's (the "Company") annual meeting of shareholders was held on May 4, 2010. At the meeting, the shareholders voted on one matter: the election of Thomas J. Wesholski as a director of the Company for a term of three years. Mr. Wesholski was elected as a director of the Company for a term of three years by the following votes:
