On April 20, 2006, the Board of Directors of Macatawa Bank Corporation announced a 5% stock dividend with a record date of May 12, 2006 and a payable date of May 30, 2006. The Board of Directors of Macatawa Bank Corporation also announced a 3 for 2 stock split of its common stock with a record date of June 9, 2006 and a payable date of June 29, 2006.
