CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 16 – CONTINGENCIES The Company and its subsidiaries periodically become defendants in certain claims and legal actions arising in the ordinary course of business. As of the date hereof, there were no material pending legal proceedings to which we or any of our subsidiaries are a party of or which any of our properties are the subject.
