CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 10 - CONTINGENCIES We and our subsidiaries periodically become defendants in certain claims and legal actions arising in the ordinary course of business. As of March 31, 2012, there were no material pending legal proceedings to which we or any of our subsidiaries are a party or which any of our properties are the subject.
