CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 11 – CONTINGENCIES The Company and its subsidiaries periodically become defendants in certain claims and legal actions arising in the ordinary course of business. As of September 30, 2022, there were no material pending legal proceedings to which the Company or any of its subsidiaries are a party or which any of its properties are the subject.
